Whiskey Sour

INGREDIENTS

1 oz STRANGEWAYS lemon cordial
2 oz bourbon, rye, or Tennessee whiskey
* egg white optional

PARAPHERNALIA

TOOLS:
Shaker
Strainer

GLASS:
Double rocks

GARNISH:
Lemon wedge or wheel

PREPARATION

Build in cocktail shaker and add ice. Shake well and strain over ice into a rocks glass.

* If using egg white, follow recipe and application from above. Dry shake before shaking with ice. Garnish with 2 dashes angostura bitters.
