1 oz STRANGEWAYS lemon cordial
2 oz London dry gin or old tom gin
3 oz club soda

Shaker
Strainer

GLASS:
Collins/highball glass

PREPARATION

Build in Collins/highball glass and add ice.

Garnish: lemon wedge or wheel

Dutch Collins - genever/jenever

Colonel Collins - bourbon

Jack Collins – calvados

Pierre Collins – cognac/brandy

Captain Collins – Canadian whiskey
