INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz STRANGEWAYS grapefruit hibiscus cordial
   2 oz London dry gin
   2 dashes aromatic bitters (Angostura is our go to)
   1 egg white (medium size egg) * optional

PARAPHERNALIA

TOOLS: Jigger/Shaker/Strainer
fine strainer (if available)

GLASSWARE: Chilled Cocktail Glass 

PREPARATION

Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker, add ice, and shake like an earthquake. Fine strain into a cocktail glass.                                                                     *if using an egg white - dry shake for 30 seconds before adding ice
