INGREDIENTS

1 oz STRANGEWAYS lemon cordial
1 oz gin or cognac
4 oz sparkling wine

PARAPHERNALIA

TOOLS:
Shaker
Strainer

GLASS:
Collins/highball glass

PREPARATION

Build in shaker, excluding the wine, and add ice. Shake well and add sparkling wine. Strain into a desired stemware.
