1.5 oz pineapple jalapeno cordial 

1 oz aged blanco rum

1 oz aged rum

2 oz coconut milk

Build in a cocktail shaker 

Shake well and strain over ice into desired glass

*or build in a 10 -12 oz glass and add crushed ice 

* mix with a spoon and top with ice

Ganish: lime wheel and pineapple wedge or frawn

*substitute a blend of rums for more layers of flavor (wray and nephew, blanco rum, aged rum)
