Dinosaur Tears

INGREDIENTS

1.5 oz STRANGEWAYS pineapple jalapeno cordial
2 oz London dry gin
Cilantro root (small handful)

Shaker
Strainer

GLASS:
Cocktail

PREPARATION

Muddle cilantro in a cocktail shaker. Build remaining ingredients and add ice. Shake well for approximately 10-12 seconds. Double fine strain into a cocktail glass (coupe).
